Position Summary
Drive live commerce success by producing and operating broadcasts, coordinating with hosts, and analyzing performance for growth.

Responsibilities
Livestreaming Operations (PD Role)/Operator
•
Plan and operate live broadcasts on TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram, and other platforms
•
Develop broadcast concepts/scripts and manage on-site execution
•
Coordinate with hosts/influencers and studio partners
•
Analyze livestream performance and implement improvements
Qualifications
•
3+ years of experience in online content & livestream operations
•
Proficiency in English (basic Korean conversation is a plus)
•
Skilled in Excel/spreadsheets and data management tools
•
Experience with SNS and live commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
•
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
•
Background in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries
•
Hands-on experience in sample management and product allocation for promotions/campaigns
•
Direct experience in livestream commerce and content planning
•
Familiarity with broadcasting/video tools (OBS, Premiere Pro, etc.)
•
Previous work experience in local subsidiaries of Korean or global companies
Working Conditions
•
Position Type: Full-time employee.
•
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Work hours may be subject to change based on business needs.
•
Location: Located near Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta.
•
Commencement date: 1st December
•
Salary & Benefits: Based on experience and company policy.
•
Probation Period: 3 months with 100% of the salary.
