Be the key link in our logistics—manage stock, samples, and product flows for promotions, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.

Responsibilities
Inventory & Sample Management
•
Manage office samples and overall inventory
•
Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, returns, and conduct regular stock-taking
•
Plan and manage product allocation for promotions, campaigns, and live streaming
•
Support demand forecasting and purchasing based on sales data
•
Resolve logistics issues and improve operational processes
Qualifications
•
3+ years of experience in inventory/logistics management
•
Proficiency in English (basic Korean conversation is a plus)
•
Skilled in Excel/spreadsheets and data management tools
•
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
•
Background in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries
•
Hands-on experience in sample management and product allocation for promotions/campaigns
•
Experience in e-commerce inventory operations and logistics process optimization
•
Previous work experience in local subsidiaries of Korean or global companies
Working Conditions
•
Position Type: Full-time employee.
•
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Work hours may be subject to change based on business needs.
•
Location: Located near Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta.
•
Commencement date: 1st December
•
Salary & Benefits: Based on experience and company policy.
•
Probation Period: 3 months with 100% of the salary.
