Position Summary
Drive influencer marketing for beauty & skincare—recruit, manage, and create impactful campaigns shaping BB LAB’s growth in Indonesia.
Language

Fluent in Bahasa

Conversational proficiency in English (highly valued)
Responsibilities
•
Influencer recruitment, contact, and product planning for joint purchases.
•
Social Media(Instagram, YouTube, etc) content planning / influencer search & casting / data-driven performance analysis.
•
Deriving product USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and development direction insights through analysis of content trends, market, and competitors.
•
Management and enhancement of key influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree or higher (marketing-related major preferred)
•
Strong understanding of beauty/skincare content planning
•
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or an equivalent role
•
2+ years of experience in e-commerce or an equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
•
Regularly follows beauty, skincare, and short-form social media content
•
Enjoys online shopping and stays updated on digital commerce trends
•
Has a deep understanding of the customer journey and purchase behavior
•
Thinks from the consumer’s perspective when planning or executing campaigns
•
Communicates transparently and is highly receptive to feedback
Working Conditions
•
Position Type: Full-time employee.
•
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Work hours may be subject to change based on business needs.
•
Location: Located near Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta.
•
Commencement date: 1st December
•
Salary & Benefits: Based on experience and company policy.
•
Probation Period: 3 months with 100% of the salary.
