Position Summary
Be the driver of B2B growth by leading trade marketing, partner management, and sales support to strengthen BB LAB’s presence in the market.
This role is responsible for building strong relationships and developing strategies to support business partners (distributors, retail chains, pharmacies) — with a focus on driving sell-out performance and establishing BB LAB as the partner’s preferred brand.

Conversational proficiency in English (highly valued)
Responsibilities
Channel & Trade Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute channel and trade marketing strategies for key B2B partners, including distributors and major retail chains (e.g., Guardian, Watsons).
Lead joint marketing initiatives and in-store promotions with retail partners to drive product sales.
Create B2B-specific marketing materials, such as product catalogs, sales presentations, and training manuals for partners' sales teams. and competitors.
B2B Partnership Management
Manage collaborative relationships with key business partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Plan and coordinate brand presence at trade shows, industry events, and partner launch ceremonies.
Sales & Operational Support
Coordinate with the HQ and local sales teams to align on promotional calendars and partner-specific campaign briefings.
Analyze B2B KPIs such as sell-in vs. sell-out data, inventory turnover, and sales growth per channel, proposing improvement plans.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B or Trade Marketing experience in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries.
Proven experience in managing distributor relationships, key account management, or channel marketing.
Strong ability to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with external business partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing B2B relationships.
Experience in trade shows, in-store promotions, and sales enablement is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Regular exposure to beauty, skincare, and short-form social media content
Deep understanding of trade marketing and B2B business operations
Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to view from the consumer’s perspective
Transparent communicator with high receptiveness to feedback
Working Conditions
Position Type: Full-time employee.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Work hours may be subject to change based on business needs.
Location: Located near Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta.
Commencement date: 1st December
Salary & Benefits: Based on experience and company policy.
Probation Period: 3 months with 100% of the salary.
